Kate Hougen launched Mira Jean Designs in 2014 to bring together her passion for design with her love of nature. As a former Director of Marketing at the Nature Conservancy, Kate blends inspiration from nature, her children and loving memories of coastal vacations to create luxurious textiles by the yard, wallpaper and home decor products on 100% GOTS-certified organic fabrics that are made in the USA. Every product design begins with a painting, and every painting begins in nature.
