Fermoie's Autumn 2026 Collection presents two new designs inspired by traditional craftsmanship and the natural world. Developed and made in-house, both are available as fabric, wallpaper, and cushions.
Based on the traditional needlepoint embroidery pattern made up of bold zigzags that resemble flickering flames, Flame Stitch employs repeating vertical stitches arranged in stepped patterns to create sharp peaks and valleys. Fermoie's interpretation of the historic artform keeps the same strong sense of movement and rhythm as the
original while introducing a subtle variation in the scale, thus giving the design a more contemporary feel.
Taking its inspiration from the intricate forms of bleached coral fragments found along a Fijian shoreline, Coral translates the natural formation of a honeycomb coral into a gently ordered pattern with an almost floral feel. Variations in tone and texture echo the way light moves across the coral surface, while the interplay of color brings freshness and vitality to the design
