CLOUD

Fermoie's Cloud is an atmospheric wonder by which light and water hang in the air to create a lyrical constellation of shapes, hiding the top of a coastal mountain. It is available in fifteen colorways, as rich and varied as the rainbow.

whittle

When in ancient times a wood carver repeatedly chipped the surface, he was said to be whittling - the basis for Fermoie's whimsical Whittle, another one of our personal favorites.

“The process of translating our fabric designs into wallpaper has been fascinating on many levels. As artists, we have revelled in considering them afresh, revisiting their forms, tones and colours and seeing them come to life in new ways. From a technical and craft perspective, we have loved the challenge of reproducing our fabrics’ sense of depth, movement, texture and intrigue on a flat surface in an entirely different medium. It has been achieved through skill, knowledge, experience and technology; yet it retains that essential mystery and magic that makes this work so intensely rewarding.”
